Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the 77cab platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To register on the 77cab platform and use any of its services, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. For the purpose of age verification, 77cab may request a copy of an identity document at any time.
2.2 Registration Conditions
When opening an account, the user must confirm that:
- All information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete.
- They are 21 years of age or older.
- Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted.
- They are managing the account on their own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
- Online gaming is not prohibited for them under the laws of their place of residence.
2.3 Verification of Information
77cab reserves the right to verify registered information at any time. If information is not provided following a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3 Account Security
3.1 Password Protection
It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. The password should never be shared with any third party. The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If a user believes that unauthorized access to their account has occurred or their password has been stolen, they must immediately notify the 77cab support team via live chat or email. If not reported in time, 77cab will not be liable for losses from unauthorized transactions.
3.3 Devices and Sessions
The account may be logged into from multiple devices, but having more than one active session at the same time is prohibited. It is recommended to log out after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposits
The following methods are accepted for deposits on the 77cab platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) for each method. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit. Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification may be required when submitting a withdrawal request.
4.3 Transaction Conditions
- The user must use a payment method registered in their own name.
- Use of a third party's bank account or mobile banking number is not permitted.
- 77cab has the right to hold and investigate any transaction if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
- All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- The required wagering on bonus funds must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳37,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it becomes withdrawable. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms and conditions.
- Multiple members of the same person or household may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
- If bonus misuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited.
- 77cab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- There may be a specific time limit for claiming a bonus; once the time limit has passed, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the 77cab platform are operated in accordance with the fair play policy. Game results are determined in a completely impartial and fair manner using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If any user attempts to artificially influence the outcome of a game, their account will be closed.
6.2 Betting Rules
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Abnormal results caused by a technical error will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
- Coordinated betting (syndicate betting) on a single match or event using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Odds may change during a live betting event; the odds at the time of final confirmation are applicable to the user.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted midway due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, 77cab will investigate and provide a fair resolution. 77cab is not responsible for issues caused by the user's internet connection.
7 Prohibited Activities
7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:
- Attempting to win through fraud, deception, or dishonest means.
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
- Betting using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
- Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or household.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or system errors.
- Harassing or deceiving other users.
- Bonus misuse or attempting to artificially fulfill wagering requirements.
- Accessing the platform from a prohibited or restricted IP address.
7.2 Consequences
If there is evidence of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, 77cab reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account without prior notice, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and if necessary, transfer information to law enforcement authorities.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by User
Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. In this case, the existing balance will be returned subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions being met. A request to close an account must be submitted via live chat or email.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by 77cab
77cab may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of the terms and conditions.
- Suspicion or evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
- Providing false information or failure to cooperate with identity verification.
- Account inactive for an extended period (no transactions for at least 12 months).
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
9 Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Guarantee
77cab makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform operational at all times. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen issues. In such cases, the liability of 77cab is limited.
9.2 Third-Party Content
The platform offers games from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. The relevant game provider is responsible for the content, results, and functionality of these games. 77cab is not liable for the operations of these game providers.
9.3 Gaming Losses
